F&C Supermarket, with 12 stores in Dubai, receives over 8,000 customers daily. For a long time, it was plagued by unstable cash register equipment. "The previous POS machines often got stuck during peak hours, with an average of 2-3 failures per day. Each shutdown caused at least 15 minutes of queue congestion, resulting in direct monthly losses of over $1000 ," recalled Manager Lucas, the supermarket's operation director. At the beginning of 2023, the chain decided to fully upgrade its cash register system. After three months of comparative testing, it finally chose to cooperate with GSAN Electronics.
