    Contact with our sales, tell us your requirements. Such as CPU, memory, hard disk, touch screen size, customer display size, WIFI/Bluetooth, inbuilt thermal printer/scanner, printing logo/ packaging etc.

    Afterwards, we will confirm the size, quantity, parameters, and quotation of the product with you.

    Sales will send you proforma invoice for confirmation, after that, you pay 30% deposit or in full. Production or customizing solution will be arranged asap.
  • <p><span style="font-family:Arial Black;">STEP 4</span></p> <span style="font-size:17px;">Customize Prototypes According To Customer Requirements</span>
    If you need to add a logo, provide us with your logo, pattern, and packaging. We'll send you the effect image for confirmation. Regarding the external features of POS System equipment, we'll send you drawings for your inspection. Once we confirm the relevant details of the product with you, we'll begin producing samples and our sales team will keep in touch with you at any time.
  • <pre><span style="font-family:Arial Black;">STEP 5</span></pre> <div style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size:17px;">Confirm The Prototype And Arrange For Mass Production</span></div>
    After the sample production is completed, we will send you photos of the product and its packaging to confirm the sample with you. Simultaneously, our technical personnel will conduct testing on the sample. Once the product is deemed qualified and functioning properly, the factory will proceed with arranging mass production.
  • <p><span style="font-family:Arial Black;">STEP 6</span></p> <span style="font-size:17px;">Inspection, Packaging, Shipping, And After-sales Service</span>
    After the factory completes mass production, technicians will select a certain number of products for testing, and then package the products that pass the inspection. They will also send you the packaging video. After the packaging is completed, our warehouse will arrange for shipment and deliver the goods to you in a timely manner.
    If you have not received the goods in a timely manner, or if there are any issues with the product, please feel free to consult us at any time. Our sales and technical personnel will provide you with comprehensive services and technical support.
