As an integrated manufacturing and trading enterprise, GSAN has demonstrated its full-chain advantages from R&D to production. After receiving the demand, the R&D team completed the technical scheme of the oil-proof touch screen within 72 hours, upgrading the IP44 protection level of the ordinary screen to IP65 standard. The specially designed oleophobic coating can reduce 90% of oil adhesion. In response to the ERP docking demand, engineers stationed on-site for 3 days to develop an exclusive data interface, realizing real-time synchronization of dish sales and inventory consumption.
In the production link, GSAN's flexible production line played a key role. Different from the mass production mode of traditional manufacturers, its workshop can support customized production of a minimum of 50 units. Through the modular assembly process, the integration cycle of 15.6-inch touch display, high-speed printer and cash box is compressed to 7 days. From scheme confirmation to delivery of the first 20 units, the whole process only takes 30 days, which is far lower than the industry average cycle of 60 days. After the equipment was put into use, the cash register error rate of Zhou Ji stores dropped from 3% to 0.5%, and the efficiency of order processing in the back kitchen increased by 25%. At present, with the expansion of the brand, 100 more units have been purchased, becoming the core configuration for its standardized store opening.
